This is a rosé that immediately draws you in, with ripe strawberry, raspberry and red cherry layered over a fresh citrus lift. There’s a gentle floral note of rose and violet, with a touch of spice adding depth without taking away from the fruit.

The palate is straight and precise, opening with energy before settling into a fine, silky texture. Red fruit carries through with clarity, supported by bright acidity and a subtle savoury edge of pepper and clove. The 90% Pinot Noir brings structure and drive, while Chardonnay keeps everything lifted and focused.

Blended with 13% Pinot Noir red wine from the historic Clos Colin parcel, this cuvée speaks to Madame Clicquot’s original vision of rosé Champagne. With a dosage of 6g/L, it finishes clean, long, and composed.
