The 2020 Riserva shows impressive finesse: silky but firm tannins, bright acidity, and a long, polished finish that carries notes of sandalwood, orange peel, and fine earth. Vinified in stainless steel then aged in large neutral oak, it stays true to Giacosa’s classic style—pure, elegant, and quietly powerful. Already expressive, but with the structure to unfold gracefully over time.

Gorgeous perfumes of flowers and dark fruit with orange peel. Full-bodied with plenty of fruit and firm and integrated tannins. Thick silky texture. Fresh in the finish. It goes on for minutes. Available in 2025. Best after 2029.
