Fresh red cherry and wild strawberry lead straight away, with a flicker of pomegranate giving the wine a youthful, energetic edge. The fruit sits beautifully alongside Asili’s signature perfume—rose petal, sweet spice, and a gentle herbal lift.

The 2020 Riserva shows impressive finesse: silky but firm tannins, bright acidity, and a long, polished finish that carries notes of sandalwood, orange peel, and fine earth. Vinified in stainless steel then aged in large neutral oak, it stays true to Giacosa’s classic style—pure, elegant, and quietly powerful. Already expressive, but with the structure to unfold gracefully over time.
